From the outset, they have provided a professional service, for example:

1) An initial consultation that is attended by manager Vili and your nominated cleaner, so that all instructions and requests are understood, your cleaning products are audited and advice is provided as to what products might be needed and how long the service will take

2) An honest and hardworking cleaner who uses her initiative and clearly takes pride in her work. Our cleaner Radi has beautiful attention to detail and leaves our house not only sparkling, but with our products and ornaments proudly arranged and tidy. We trust her with all valuables as well.

3) Advice on spring cleaning, new products to maximize the clean etc.

4) Flexible service when we've had to cancel or rearrange last minute.

HighLine provides fantastic value for money for a good service.
